After the breakfast in the Riad our journey will start towards Volubilis crossing Ouazan and other Rif villages, in Volubilis we will stop to discover the Roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroccan history , after the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city the 17 th century heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the medina, Bab El Mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay Ismail’s mausoleum. after the discovery of Meknes city we continue to Fes for overnight.
Today is for exploring the oldest city in Morocco, walking in its alleys and small streets. Our visit starts by visiting the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish headquarter, the first Mellah ever built in as well as the most interesting sites of Fes with a professional guide. Early morning we start the day towards the Sahara Desert, crossing near the national park of Ifran « the Switzerland of Morocco » as it calls. To enjoy its beauty and to have memorable photos, a break will be taken. After that, we will head towards Azrou to see the Barbary Apes Merzouga monkeys in the cedar forest. We Continuing to Midelt for a lunch meal in a restaurant. By the afternoon, we will cross the pass of Tizi N Telghomt to reach Errachidia while admiring the views of Ziz gorges which offers amazing photographic opportunities. Later on, we will have a stop in a panoramic view of Ziz valley. The drive continues to Erg Chebbi Dunes passing by Aoufous and Erfoud the capital of fossils, where you may want to visit a local fossil craft workshop. After that, we will continue to the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Arrive at the hotel and get ready for a camel ride for an hour and a half to enjoy the sunset. If you wake up early enough, the Sahara desert offers an amazing sunrise. Afterward, you’ll peacefully ride the camels back to your hotel in the edge of the dunes appreciate in the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes with first lights. After breakfast and shower, we will leave towards Todgha gorges well known as an important destination for rock climbers. The highest and narrow west gorges in Morocco, where we can do some walking before arriving at Dades Valley where we will spend Night.
We will start our tour driving via the road of thousand kasbahs to reach the valley of the roses; always spectacular in April and May when the roses bloom. We head towards Ouarzazate city, then to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou the most restored ksar in the south which classified by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. We make the visit to the site and enjoy lunch there. We continue to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas mountain range via Tizi N Tichka pass 2260m with beautiful sceneries towards the small valleys and Berber villages. You will also stroll through the medina’s alleyways, where you will see countless handicrafts. Essaouira, known as the “City of the Wind,” is a popular spot for surfers from around the globe. Due to its size and distinctive blue doors and washed walls, it is also known as the “Jewel of the Atlantic.” While there, you will visit the women’s cooperative of Argan oil, where they extract the famous oil renowned for its culinary, cosmetic, and medicinal benefits.
